Oghuz Ziyadli
Salaam... My name is Oghuz and I am from Baku (Azerbaijan). I’m 8 years old who loves everything football. I am also into robotics and engineering.
Favourite places?
There are a lot of interesting places in Baku. I love to hang out at Heydar Aliyev Center. It is so cool. It was designed by Zaha Hadid – an award winning female architect! If you are an architecture enthusiast like me, you should also check out the Maiden Tower, a 12th-century monument in the Old City. It is also one of the UNESCO World Heritage List of Historical Monuments. Interesting huh?!! I also love to spend time at the beaches and seaside boulevard with my family.
Long term goals?
When I grow up, I want to be a football player!
Role model?
Cristiano Ronaldo, because he plays football very well. He has had many surgeries but is still playing like a champion.
Yum local foods?
I love dolma (stuffed grape leaves), gutab, and dushbara (dumpling soup). You should try them!
Dream city?
I would love to visit Portugal, of course - the homeland of my idol. I would also love to visit the United Kingdom.
